Eligible Products
This policy applies to all shipments of our charcuterie boards and custom furniture. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, lead times for production may vary (typically 2-6 weeks for custom orders). Smaller orders may take less time, some just a few days. We'll provide an estimated shipping date upon order confirmation.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
- Orders Under $150: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual carrier rates at the time of shipment. These may include weight, dimensions, and destination factors.
- Shipping Cost Calculation: For orders under $150, we'll provide a shipping quote via email within 24 hours of order placement. If you agree to the quote, we'll proceed; otherwise, we can adjust your order or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
- Charcuterie Boards: Typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for fast and reliable delivery (small to medium packages).
- Custom Furniture: Larger items may require freight shipping via carriers like UPS Freight or LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) services. We'll coordinate white-glove delivery options for oversized pieces upon request (additional fees may apply).
- We partner with trusted carriers to ensure secure transit. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery Times
- Standard Processing: Orders ship within 3-5 business days after production completion, excluding weekends and holidays.
